Beautiful and very heavy, these monumental pots were once used as storage vessels during the Chinese Qing dynasty. The pots have a beautiful dark (ranging from greenish brown to blue-black) glazing on the inside and outside. The top rim and bottom are unglazed. Height varies on each slightly as each were hand made. Nowadays these pots can be used as planters and can be placed outside, but needs to be protected in the winter. There is no drainage hole in the bottom.
